The third biggest city in Belgium, Ghent is a city also called “a city of flower” that still keeps the air of the Middle Ages.In that city every five years, Belgian Royal Agricultural and Botanical Society holds a flower expo, “Floralien Gent”.In this year of 35th anniversary, more than 300,000 people gathered for this flower festival that had a long history of more than 200 years.Gent Floralien invited Japan as an honored guest since 2016 was 150th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belgium and Japan.We participated in this with a garden like a Japanese tsuboniwa using desert plants from Spanish nursery Viveros Canos, designed by Yano TEA and produced by green maestro MATAEMON. 中
